Tyler Farr Taken To Hospital With 'Severe Concussion' After Farm Incident

Tyler Farr dropped out of a festival performance over the weekend after suffering a “severe concussion” in an accident on his farm.

The country artist was set to take the stage at Goshen Stampede on Saturday (June 13) in Goshen, Connecticut, but he was involved in an accident on his farm. A statement from festival organizers posted on Instagram over the weekend reads: “Due to a motor vehicle incident on his farm, Tyler Farr was taken to a local hospital and diagnosed with a severe concussion. Tyler Farr will no longer be able to perform at the Goshen Stampede on June 1, 2026. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and will share additional event information as it becomes available. We wish Tyler a speedy recovery.”

David Foster and the All Stars stepped in to perform when Farr had to cancel his appearance at the festival. Festival organizers did not share any additional information about the country star’s accident or injury, and Farr has not shared any additional details as of publication time on Monday (June 15).
