This is strange. A couple that is obviously in love is chaining themselves together to test the strength of their romance. Alexander and Viktoria started their journey chained together on Valentine's Day...and will remain "as one" for 90 days. If they do want to uncouple prior to the end of the 3 months...emergency services will have to assist.
