Thomas Rhett posted a heartwarming tribute to his daughter to celebrate her fifth birthday on Monday (February 10). The award-winning country star also advised others, “don’t blink,” as he shared his post from the day he announced Lennon Love’s arrival.

“Happy 5th birthday sweet Lenny!! We love you so much! Might take you 5 years to outgrow that stitch,” Rhett wrote in his caption as he shared a glimpse of the family’s Disney birthday celebration for his 5-year-old daughter. The clip opens with a look at Lennon Love walking around with a giant stuffed animal resembling Angel from Lilo & Stitch.

Rhett said when he shared the first photos of his then-newborn daughter on February 11, 2020: “Lennon Love Akins was born at 8:30 AM on February 10th! It was such a joy to watch this little angel be brought into the world. My wife is just incredible through the entire birth🙌🏼 watching our kids meet Lennon for the first time was probably the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen in my whole life! Ada James and Willa Gray are going to be the best big sisters on the planet. The Lord is so good and I’m so grateful for my beautiful growing family!! Y’all pray for us as we switch from man on man defense to zone👍”

Lennon Love joined big sisters Willa Gray and Ada James, now ages 9 and 7, respectively. Rhett and his wife, Lauren Akins, are also parents to Lennon Love’s little sister, Lillie Carolina, 3.
