The Lynchburg Fire Department in Virginia figured out why a creek turned white: It was filled with milk.
A clogged drain caused an overflow of milk from a nearby dairy farm. Milk overflowed into a storm sewer and made its way into the creek.
Firefighters posted that there is no public health threat from the milk.
